The annual meeting of the Van Wert Amateur Radio Club was called to order by the President Jack Snyder at 8:31 pm local time on December 1st,  2012, with 13 voting members present. The minutes from the December 3rd,  2011 meeting was read and approved.  Motion to approve by Dave Freels, 2nd by Tom Laus.

 

·         Motion was made to keep the club dues at $10.00, by Ralph Shields, 2nd by Cork Poling. Motion passed.

·         The Vice President and head of the nominating committee advised that all of the offcers had agreed to remain in their offices. The President then asked for nominations from the floor.

·         Ralph Shields made a motion to accept the nominations as presented and elect by acclamation,  2nd by Dave Freels. Motion passed.
