The Van Wert Amateur Radio Club hosts an annual Hamfest for amateur radio operators, hobbyists, and the general public. Join us for a day of radio, gear, networking, and community!

Join us in 2027 as the Van Wert Amateur Radio Club celebrates 40 years of the W8FY Hamfest! We invite amateur radio operators, families, vendors, and friends from throughout the region to help us mark this special milestone.

Camping is available at the fairgrounds for: $40.00
Camping fee is required by the fair board.

- General Admission: $5.00
- Children under 12: Free

- Vendor tables: $10.00 each/ 8 FT Table / Air Conditioned!
- You will need to purchase a ticket at the front gate $5.00
- Setup is at 6:00 AM
